Sunshine Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images. Once purchased, you may use/print your images for personal use only. Reproduction of images for any other purpose without express consent from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited. Scanning, screen capturing and printing of said images are all considered copyright infringement. The best images from your session will always be those chosen for fine art retouching/editing. These are chosen at the discretion of the photographer. The original digital negatives will not be provided to the client, under any circumstances. Sunshine Photography does not guarantee image quality/colouring if self-processing.
